It provides Class A (5mA) ground fault protection.
It has a self-test and lockout feature, continuously testing itself as required by UL 943.
The white wire connection is for the line neutral.
It is suitable for use in Siemens Type " EQ, EQL, SEQ, EQG, PL and ES series load centers.
If the breaker is blinking, it should be replaces.
It has an interrupting rating of 10,000amps.
